Services / 03 / Hardware & IoT prototypes
From sketch to a working prototype you can put in someone's hands.
Fusion 360 models, 3D-printed parts, ESP32 electronics and firmware, and the app that talks to the device. One person across all of it, so nothing gets lost between teams.
Tell me about your projectFree 30-minute intro call. Written scope and quote before any work starts.
Sound familiar?
If any of this is you, keep reading.
You have a hardware idea and nothing but a sketch.
The product needs a device, an app and a backend, and every shop you call does only one of them.
You need something physical for investors, a pilot or an event, in weeks rather than quarters.
An earlier prototype works on the bench and nobody remembers why.
What you get
The deliverables.
- Parts and enclosures modelled in Fusion 360 and 3D-printed, revised until they fit
- Electronics on ESP32 and similar boards, with the firmware
- The app, dashboard or API the device talks to
- A build log with every measurement and fix, so the next engineer can pick it up

Electric Cherry
Hardware / E-Bike Build · 2026Belt-drive e-bike conversion: a 6374 motor on a one-piece 3D-printed holder modelled in Fusion 360 and scripted over MCP, an HTD 5M belt at 7.67:1, and a Flipsky VESC on a 6S5P pack. Every fix, from idler creep to belt rub, gets measured and logged. The wireless link became its own open-source project: a €1–2 ESP-01 WiFi bridge for VESC Tool.
BROOD
Art / Computational Neuroscience · 2026A gallery of e-ink frames, each running a ~9k-neuron slice of a real fruit fly connectome in portable C sized for an ESP32-S3. The fly paints, visitors vote more or less, and the votes become dopamine, so each fly's taste drifts with its audience. Preference learning works; the flies don't make art on their own yet.
Morning Brief (Kindle)
E-Reader Tools / LLM · 2026KOReader plugin for a jailbroken Kindle. One tap pulls full-text AI and tech news plus Macedonian outlets into a single morning document, alongside a reading list, Reddit feeds, tasks synced both ways with Google Drive, and an LLM assistant.
How it works
From first call to handover.
- STEP_01
Intro call
30 minutes. You explain the problem, I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
- STEP_02
Written scope
What gets built, what doesn't, how long it takes and what it costs. In writing, before any work starts.
- STEP_03
Build in the open
You see working progress every week instead of a big reveal at the end.
- STEP_04
Handover
Source, files, documentation and a walkthrough. You own all of it.
After it ships: A prototype answers a question, then raises the next one. Once yours has been tested I can build the next revision, or document it for whoever builds the production version.
QUESTIONS
Do you handle production manufacturing?
No. I build working prototypes. For production you get files and documentation a manufacturer can work from.
Do I need to be in Skopje?
No. Prototypes ship and we work over video. Being nearby helps for hands-on testing, but it isn't required.
What does a prototype cost?
It depends on how many parts and how many revisions. You get a written scope with a price before any work starts.
